Project/Program Management, Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator
Christine Carron’s blended background in IT, Training, and Organizational Development allows her to effectively lead initiatives that rely on the integrated management of people, processes, and technology. She has facilitated the delivery of complex projects and products from inception to launch. In addition, she’s often brought in as a change agent and turnaround leader, helping teams reset their processes and priorities so they deliver successfully.
Christine has worked with innovative companies in the US and abroad; is versed in numerous delivery methodologies, including waterfall, Agile, and Scrum; and effectively works with blended-methodology clients who are in transition to Agile. Additionally, she has facilitated technology projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. She’s certified in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and has studied the Psychology of Selves/Voice Dialogue technique for over fifteen years; two of the tools she leverages to increase individual and team/interpersonal effectiveness.
Recent engagements focused on resetting struggling e-commerce/hybris projects. Serving as interim Scrum Master, Christine facilitated and coached the delivery teams and Products Owners, helping them to better integrate Agile processes and to more effectively leverage JIRA and Confluence to support their efforts.
Christine’s ability to excel at both left-brained and right-brained skills makes her highly effective on complex initiatives where success depends on:
– creating a shared vision,
– building and maintaining partnerships,
– facilitating the adoption of Agile processes,
– and rigorously measuring results.
